1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Hain Chauffeurservice (the
“Provider”) and its customers.

2. Services
The Provider offers chauffeur and driving services without obligation to transport.

3. Contract Conclusion
A contract is concluded upon written, verbal or electronic booking confirmation.

4. Prices and Payment
Payment is required in advance via bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.

5. Cancellation
Cancellation terms are agreed individually. In case of a no-show, 100% of the agreed price will be
charged.

6. Liability
The Provider is liable only for intent and gross negligence.

7. Right of Withdrawal for Vouchers
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of printed or digital vouchers within 14
days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the voucher is received.
Withdrawal requests must be sent to: info@hain-chauffeurservice.com.

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart.
